Effective August 5, 2026
Terms of Service
By accessing or using forgeweb.studio (the “Site”), you agree to the following terms.
Use of the Site
The Site is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate inquiries about ForgeWeb Studio's web design and development services. You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting unauthorized access to any systems, submitting false information through forms, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.
No Professional Advice
Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice.
Service Engagements
Any actual web design or development services are governed by a separate signed agreement between ForgeWeb Studio and the client, not by these Site Terms of Service. In the event of conflict between these Terms and a signed client contract, the signed contract controls for that engagement.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including the ForgeWeb name, logo, branding, and site design — is the property of ForgeWeb Studio unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission.
Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may link to or integrate with third-party services (e.g., Cal.com, Stripe). ForgeWeb is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party services.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ForgeWeb does not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ForgeWeb Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent any liability is found despite the foregoing, ForgeWeb's total liability arising from use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold ForgeWeb Studio harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Dispute Resolution
As the exclusive means of initiating adversarial proceedings to resolve any dispute arising under these Terms, a party may demand that the dispute be resolved by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its commercial arbitration rules.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
No Waiver
ForgeWeb's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any separately signed client services agreement (which controls in the event of conflict for that engagement, per Service Engagements above), constitute the entire agreement between you and ForgeWeb Studio regarding use of the Site.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms — we encourage checking this page periodically.
